Welcome to Get Wright Training where its more than just basketball, we mentor. Our ultimate goal is to help young individuals be an “ACE” in life. Have a great attitude, display great character, and always give maximum effort!
My name is Derek Wright, Graduate of Pennsbury Highschool and Eastern University. My passion is basketball and helping others. I played and coached basketball at the Highschool and college level. I am currently the assistant boys basketball coach for JV and Varsity at Downingtown West HS.
We thrive on building long lasting relationships.

My name is Marquise Jones. Derek and I have known each other for 7 years. Basketball has always been apart of my life. I’ve been fortunate enough to play and coach at my Alma Mater Collegium Charter School.
We were able to win a Class 4A District championship as well as 2 League Championships in my 3 years there. I specialize in skill building drills that focus on fundamentals.
I am currently the assistant coach for JV and Varsity boys basketball at Coatesville High School.
